Tax Credit Information for Oregon Residents

With your receipts as proof, the E85 BIOETHANOL and B99 BIODIESEL tax credit gives“$0.50 per gallon per vehicle” as a credit towards your Oregon Personal Income Tax for up to $200 (400 gallons) per vehicle.

There is also a credit of $0.05 per gallon on B20 BIODIESEL when used as home heating oil. These credits apply to any fuel purchased since January 1, 2007. These credits apply to individuals only, not to businesses.
